Please note that with effect from 18 October 2018, the surgery will be moving to a new clinical system.  If you have any prescription requirements that you would normally be ordering the week up to that date, please can you order them now.

Once we are on the new system, we will be able to offer our patients the facility to book into the Dacorum Extended Access surgeries, which offer out of hours appointments weekday Mon-Fri and Sat am & pm and Sun am.  Details will be available from our Receptionists.

If you are newly pregnant you will need to have a booking in appointment with thepregnant3 Midwife, this usually takes around 45 minutes to complete. Please contact the practice and let the receptionist know that you are newly pregnant. You will be asked to complete a simple form before you see the midwife.
At your booking in appointment you will be asked for lots of information including previous pregnancies, medical history, partners medical history etc. The midwife will arrange for your follow up appointments and any hospital appointments you need to have.
The booking in appointment is also a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
