NEW - Dacorum Extended Access and a new clinical system
Please note we have just changed to a new clinical system and a new telephone system. We ask you to bear with us in the transition to the new systems. If you were previously registered for online services, you will need to re-register for them. Please see our reception staff with photo ID and they will print details for you which you will need to register via our website which uses Patient Access.
Dacorum Extended Access - We are now able to offer all our patients appointments on weekday evenings and at weekends on Saturday morning and afternoon and Sunday morning. These appointments will be at one of various host surgeries at The New Surgery, Tring, Hemel Hempstead Hospital (next to the Urgent Treatment Centre), Highfield Surgery, Hemel and Kings Langley Surgery (Sat only).
Details are available from Reception staff. Please note you will be required to give consent for the extended access doctor to access your patient record, or the doctor will not be able to see you.
For your information, if you are given one of these appointments, please allow plenty of time to get to the hub location and park up. The main Hemel Hempstead hub is within the Urgent Treatment Centre building at Hemel Hempstead Hospital. You can park outside and just down the road from the car park there. As you come into the main entrance, please see the Reception staff and tell them that you have an extended access appointment booked by your surgery.
