Please note that with effect from 18 October 2018, the surgery will be moving to a new clinical system.  If you have any prescription requirements that you would normally be ordering the week up to that date, please can you order them now.

Once we are on the new system, we will be able to offer our patients the facility to book into the Dacorum Extended Access surgeries, which offer out of hours appointments weekday Mon-Fri and Sat am & pm and Sun am.  Details will be available from our Receptionists.

You will need to have access to the internet and a login and password to book your appointments online. Please contact the Practice Manager to obtain your login and password.

Appointments circled_day

Appointments at the practice can be booked in several ways

  • By telephoning the practice on 01442 261805
  • By coming into the practice in person
  • By using the automated telephone appointment service
  • By booking an appointment through the website (you will need to register for this service)

Telephone Consultations*

Telephone consultations can also be booked for patients who would like to speak with the doctor but who cannot get to the practice for a face to face appointment.

If you would like to book a telephone consultation please contact the practice to book an appointment or complete a telephone consultation request form online.

*Please note, it may be necessary for the doctor to see you once you are well enough to attend the practice. Telephone consultations are given to a maximum of 5 patients per day and are limited to 5 minutes for each consultation. The doctors are not available to speak to patients unless they book a telephone consultation.

Emergencies take priority at all times

Should you require an emergency appointment please telephone the practice either at 9:00 am for a morning appointment or at 12:00 pm for an afternoon appointment. Please do not book an emergency appointment if you do not need one as you will be taking an appointment from someone who may genuinely need it. Staff at the practice cannot override the booking system and book appointments early for patients.
